Framing & Structure
Read plans, run a saw, set walls plumb. The foundation of every other trade on site.
Finish Carpentry
Casing, trim, built-ins and cabinetry. Where patience and a sharp pencil pay off.
Superintendent
Manage subcontractors and schedules, enforce quality and safety standards on site, and serve as the daily point of contact between the field, the office, and the client. A supervisory role for someone who takes ownership of a job site with precision, accountability, and an eye for the details that separate good work from great.
